Joy is essential. Without it, employers face the specter of quiet quitting – employees doing the bare minimum or even leaving to work elsewhere. In the worst case, work brings anxiety, fear and depression. An atmosphere like that stifles creativity. Pretty soon customers begin to disappear.
Team spirit building days bring joy and laughter. And this is what I offer your team. Nothing beats a team day when it’s done well – people deepen commitments to one another and positive emotions are strengthened. The workplace atmosphere becomes encouraging and empathetic. Teammates get the chance to know one another better, sharing moments of laughter and fun through fun and engaging exercises.

Bringing joy to others is what drives me. I’ve been lucky enough to experience a colorful career in management consulting, facilitation, and leading positive organizational change. My passions are theater, self-expression and creativity. I harness these interests to create unforgettable team days full of laughter.
What does your team need?
Includes facilitation and planning of a team day. We'll have fun together, create authentic connections and practice the skills needed at work. Includes a one-hour initial interview and a five-hour team day.
Team day
Facilitation of an event. I create a warm atmosphere and mindful presence, act as a co-facilitator or facilitate the entire event.
FACILITATION
Includes two facilitators, assessing the team's current development needs, conducting personality tests done by a psychologist, and implementing and planning a customized team day based on these.
